Hi – I’m Paula.

I am a Registered Dietitian, a dog lover, a yogi, and a well-being advocate. My passion is helping people discover the power they already have inside to feel their best. I encourage individuals to expand their dietary choices and work to dispel nutrition myths and fear tactics seen in the media. My approach emphasizes the relationships among food, mind, and body while highlighting self-care and positivity.

I work with clients with goals related to wellness and prevention, digestive health, and weight management. I'm experienced with complex medical conditions, including gastrointestinal and autoimmune diseases.

My services combine nutrition with emerging technology in order to encourage successful outcomes. Sessions are available online by video chat or in-person at my office in downtown Columbus.

My website provides you with recipes for the Low FODMAP diet and the Wahl’s Protocol. Even if you do not follow either diet, the recipes are created to be wholesome and delicious. I strive to use products that are minimally processed and incorporate fresh produce as much as possible. Enjoy!
